Earlier this year, Cody, an aspiring maintenance engineer, joined Aercon for a month-long work placement as part of his Maintenance, Installation and Repair T-Level. His dedication, focus, and positive attitude quickly impressed our team. Upon completing his course, Cody transitioned into a full-time role with Aercon, marking the beginning of his professional journey in the field of air pressure control systems.
We are delighted to announce that Cody has recently received his T-Level results and achieved a high merit. This accomplishment reflects his commitment and skill, aligning with Aercon’s standards of excellence.
Aercon’s Commitment to Nurturing Talent
At Aercon, we take pride in supporting the next generation of engineers. We offer opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience through apprenticeships, work placements, and work experience programmes. These initiatives allow young individuals to develop practical skills and confidence in a real-world setting. It is especially rewarding when they choose to continue their careers with us, bringing fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to our team.

Understanding T Levels
T Levels are technical qualifications for students aged 16 and over, designed as an alternative to A Levels. They combine classroom learning with industry placements, providing students with the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-world environments. Equivalent to three A Levels, T Levels prepare learners for skilled roles in sectors such as engineering, as well as higher apprenticeships or further study.
Cody’s Achievement and Aercon’s Role
Cody’s high merit in his Maintenance, Installation and Repair T-Level is a testament to his dedication and eagerness to learn. We were pleased to host him during his placement and are thrilled to have him as a permanent member of the Aercon team. His journey exemplifies the values of Aercon: innovation, quality, and a commitment to excellence in air pressure control systems.
Congratulations, Cody. We are proud to have you as part of the team.
