100LF RFD Air Pressure Stabiliser

We manufacture a range of LF stabilisers incorporating fire and smoke/fire dampers. These units are suitable for wall and duct mounting. The 100LF RFD is made especially to be retro-fitted to existing LF stabilisers to enable fire protection. This unit is operated by a bi-metallic catch mechanism set to 72°C with manual reset.

The LF Range

The LF Range blades and internal parts are made from a high grade stainless steel, which guarantees the longevity of their operating life. Our dampers have a 2mm thick carbon steel casing and this unit specifically features a clip fix egg crate grille on outlet, allowing for easy access. We are proud of our attractive design which features front-facing balance weights as well as sleek pivot pins and bearings. LF stabilisers are self-actuating, requiring no external energy source. To offer the most bespoke product, we also supply a variety of powder coating and steel options. With over 98% accuracy, you can rest easy that our products will be effective in critical situations. Manufactured In House

Biomaster Coating

An antimicrobial powder coating is applied as standard to our LF Range. This ensures consistent and superior sterility qualities.

Maintenance Free

Our top quality units are virtually maintenance free with a 25 year service life.

Operating Pressures

This unit controls pressures between 5 and 50 Pa.

Fire Rated

This unit is fire tested for up to 120 minutes in accordance with BS 476 Part 20.

Our LF Range of air pressure stabilisers are ideal in a variety of hospital applications including sterile services, endoscopy suites, operating theatres, isolation rooms and cath labs. All LF stabilisers have a Biomaster antimicrobial coating as standard to reduce the spread of microbial infections such as MSRA in patients.
